Mae\u2019n ystyried y bod dynol yn un sydd \u00e2 gallu cynhenid i wella drwy ddysgu sut i sylwi ar synwyriadau yn y corff a\u2019u dilyn hyd at bwynt lle mae\u2019r corff yn gwneud yr hyn sy\u2019n angenrheidiol iddo deimlo\u2019n ddiogel eto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae llawer o bobl, yn ystod eu hoes, yn wynebu heriau a rhwystrau yn eu gallu i ymateb i straen. Er mor llesol ydi siarad, dydy hynny ddim yn ddigon i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r hyn sy\u2019n digwydd yn ffisioleg ein corff.  Mae ein system nerfol awtonomig yn gymhleth, ac mewn diwylliant sy\u2019n ein hamddifadu o realaeth ein cyrff, gall fod yn anodd iawn cael yr help priodol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r dull hwn o weithredu yn dod \u00e2\u2019r synwyriadau, ein profiadau corfforol, ac ystyr at ei gilydd. Pan fyddwn ni\u2019n dioddef trawma, rydyn ni\u2019n colli ein bywiogrwydd. Mae\u2019r profiad somatig yn ffordd hynod effeithiol o fynd ati i adfer y teimlad hwnnw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gydag amser, fe ddown i deimlo ein synwyriadau a\u2019n hemosiynau\u2019n llawnach. Byddwn ni\u2019n dechrau deall sut mae ein corff cyfan yn ymateb i straen sefyllfaoedd bob dydd, a deall sut mae\u2019r ffordd y mae ein corff yn ymateb yn amharu ar ein hiechyd a\u2019n lles. Byddwn ni\u2019n dysgu sut i gynnal ein hunain mewn cyfnodau heriol a sut i ddefnyddio gofal a charedigrwydd yn offer i\u2019n helpu ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gallai ein symptomau ymddangos fel iselder, gorbryder, a bod yn gaeth i rywbeth. O dan yr wyneb, wrth inni fwrw ymlaen \u00e2\u2019n bywydau, efallai ein bod ni\u2019n teimlo\u2019n wag, yn drist neu\u2019n flin. Maes o law, gallwn ni ddysgu sut i ymlacio a byw yn y foment, a bod yn llwyr ymwybodol o\u2019n teimladau a\u2019n synwyriadau. Dyna\u2019r wybodaeth a fydd yn ein helpu i wneud dewisiadau da am yr hyn sy\u2019n llesol \u00e2\u2019r hyn sy\u2019n niweidiol inni yn ein bywydau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rwy\u2019n cyfuno\u2019r gwaith hwn gyda seicotherapi a dulliau sy\u2019n seiliedig ar y celfyddydau a\u2019r corff.
