Pan allwn ni ddychmygu\u2019r hyn sydd ei angen arnom ni, a gweld yr hyn sydd ar goll, neu\u2019n angenrheidiol, gallwn ni wedyn ddilyn cyfeiriad yr hunan, a rhoi ein hyder yn y daith honno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gallwn fod yn chwilfrydig am freuddwydion neu ddelweddau a allai fod yn ffynhonnell o wybodaeth ar ein llwybr yn y byd. Weithiau, mae symptomau fel gorbryder neu iselder yn ennyn synwyriadau corfforol, ac mae modd edrych ar y rheini drwy lygad y dychymyg.
