Rydw i wedi dod i ddeall bod gan bobl allu cynhenid i ganfod adnoddau i wella ac i hybu eu hunan-les, hyd yn oed yn yr amgylchiadau mwyaf anodd neu drawmatig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rwy\u2019n credu bod datblygu perthynas garedig gyda\u2019n cyrff yn ogystal \u00e2\u2019n meddyliau yn rhan hanfodol o\u2019r ffordd rydym ni\u2019n dysgu gofalu amdanom ein hunain. Mae ein gallu i reoli gwahanol symptomau fel gorbryder, panig, straen neu fod yn gaeth i rywbeth, yn aml iawn yn seiliedig ar yr ymwybyddiaeth sydd gennym o\u2019n corff a\u2019n meddwl, a\u2019r modd rydym ni\u2019n defnyddio\u2019r ymwybyddiaeth honno i helpu ein hunain pan ddaw heriau i\u2019n rhan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wrth wraidd y broses therapi, mae perthynas therapiwtig. Gyda\u2019n gilydd, byddwn ni\u2019n llunio cynllun a allai gynnwys gweithio ar fater penodol, neu efallai byddwn ni\u2019n mynd ati\u2019n fwy pen agored ac yn trafod bob wythnos beth yw\u2019r ffordd orau ymlaen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gallai\u2019r tymor byr fod rhwng 6 a 12 sesiwn, a gallai\u2019r tymor hir fod yn chwe mis a rhagor. Ar bob cam o\u2019r broses byddwn ni\u2019n trafod sut mae pethau\u2019n mynd a pha gyfeiriad i anelu ato nesaf.
