About Me.
For many years I have worked as a psychotherapist and facilitator in both the NHS and independent practice, supporting people through a wide range of emotional and physical challenges.
Alongside my clinical work, I have spent much of my life working in movement, creativity and the arts. These experiences continue to shape how I understand health, not simply as the absence of illness, but as our capacity to feel connected to ourselves, to others and to the lives we are living.

Sensing Self Therapy
Over many years of practice, I have seen that when people feel genuinely listened to, something begins to soften. From that place, it often becomes possible to reconnect with an innate capacity for healing, resilience and change.
My Experiences
My own experiences of illness have also deepened my appreciation of uncertainty, vulnerability and the importance of listening carefully to the body. They have reinforced my belief that healing is rarely something we can force.
More often, it begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, become curious about our experience and reconnect with ourselves.

My hope is not simply to help reduce distress, but to support you in developing greater trust in yourself—in your body, your experience and your own movement towards health.

"Perhaps the deepest form of healing is not becoming someone new, but coming home to the one who has quietly been waiting.”
