If you have found your way to this page, there is every possibility that you are looking for help in some way. Life challenges us in unexpected ways and sometimes we might need more support to find our way through. Experiences of loss, transitions or crisis can often leave us unable to understand our place in life. Finding expression for what can often feel difficult or stuck within us is a large part of the work of therapy.

You may be feeling a loss of meaning, or experiencing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, addiction or grief.  Or you maybe be ready to continue with your own journey of self-awareness. Whatever the reason, entering a therapeutic relationship can support us with developing our own resources. I strongly believe that there is a knowing, wisdom and strength in each person, but it can often be hidden or forgotten. The work in therapy is to recover this and bring it back into our life.
