Craniosacral Therapy

I first experienced craniosacral therapy work in my teens, and later in my 20s following a time of illness, it left a lasting impression on me. 

From that early age, I felt a strong affinity with its core principles — trusting the body’s innate intelligence and its remarkable capacity for self-healing. That experience shaped the way I view wellness today: not as something to force or fix, but as a process of gently supporting the body to align with the right conditions for it do do what it knows best.

Through Craniosacral Therapy, I offer a gentle space where your body can reset and reconnect with its natural rhythms. Each session is guided by listening deeply to your body’s needs, allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels safe, respectful and empowering.
