Frequently Asked Questions

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply making contact.

How do I book a session?

You can get in touch via the contact form, email, or telephone. Once we've agreed a suitable appointment time, you'll receive confirmation with everything you need to know before your session.

How do I pay?

Payment is made securely using the Payment button on this website. You're welcome to make payment either before your appointment or within 24 hours afterwards, unless we've agreed otherwise.

What are your fees?

I work with a sliding scale, recognising that people come with different financial circumstances.

The suggested fee range is discussed when you enquire, and together we'll agree a fee that feels sustainable and fair. I hope this approach makes therapy and bodywork as accessible as possible while also supporting the sustainability of my practice.

If cost is a concern, please feel free to mention this when you get in touch.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

How long is a session?

Most appointments last approximately 60 minutes, unless we've agreed a different session length together.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Online work forms a significant part of my practice, and many people find it to be a deeply effective and supportive way of working.

Alongside in-person appointments, I also offer a hybrid approach, where sessions can move between online and face-to-face according to your needs, location, or circumstances. Some people choose to work entirely online, while others appreciate the flexibility of combining both.

Together, we'll find the way of working that best supports you.

Where do you practise?

I offer appointments online, in Soho, Central London, in Mid Wales, and at selected locations elsewhere in England.

Online work forms a significant part of my practice, and I work with people from across the UK and internationally. I also offer a hybrid approach, combining online and in-person sessions where this best supports the therapeutic process.

Whether we meet online or face to face, my intention is to create a safe, thoughtful, and collaborative space where the work can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed in our sessions is treated confidentially in accordance with professional ethical guidelines. Any limits to confidentiality will be explained during our first meeting.

How many sessions will I need?

Some people come for a few sessions around a particular issue, while others choose to work together over a longer period. We can review this together as your work unfolds.

What can I expect from our first session?

Our first meeting is an opportunity to slow down and begin getting to know one another. We'll explore what has brought you here, what you're hoping for, and any questions you may have. There is no pressure to tell your whole story. We simply begin where you are, at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

The first session is also an opportunity to discover whether working together feels like the right fit for both of us.

I'm not sure if this approach is right for me

You're warmly welcome to get in touch before booking. We can have a brief conversation about what you're looking for and whether this way of working feels like a good fit.
